Private Lessons

Schedule Your Baseline Assessment

This will be a 45 to 60-minute session including

- Video 

- Data Collection

- Development Plan Meeting

STEP 1

SESSION #1 SOLO & HOMEWORK

Families will choose whether they want to do 60-Minute or 30-Minute Sessions. 

At the conclusion of each session athletes will be given homework they are required to do at home. The homework will reinforce movement patterns and concepts taught during the session. 

THE NEXT SESSION WILL BE BOOKED 1-2 WEEKS AFTER THE 1st SESSION. WE WILL FOLLOW THIS SCHEDULE FOR THE FIRST MONTH

STEP 2

1-MONTH CHECK-IN & HOMEWORK

At the 1-Month Check-In athletes will be guided to continue one-on-one training or be advised to do group setting sessions. Athletes will be given new homework assignments they are required to do at home, in order to maintain their development. 

SMALL GROUP SESSIONS WILL BE WEEKLY. SOLO SESSIONS WILL BE ONCE EVERY OTHER WEEK

STEP 3

CHECK-IN ASSESSMENT

After 3-Months athletes will go through their baseline assessment again to gather new data and to track progress. This is a 60-minute solo session. At the conclusion of this session athletes will set new goals based off their growth from the first 3-months.

WE TURN DREAMS INTO ATTAINABLE GOALS
